Location: Remote from Montenegro within the CET time zone

What you will do
- Edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook using strong hooks, pacing, storytelling, captions, transitions, music, voiceovers, sound effects, and visual effects.
- Adapt and optimize video content for different platforms, formats, aspect ratios, and technical requirements.
- Create motion graphics and supporting assets such as overlays, text animations, thumbnails, static posts, and Stories.
- Develop creative concepts and video drafts, incorporating feedback from the social media team and stakeholders.
- Review engagement, retention, and other performance metrics to improve creatives and support campaign objectives.
- Maintain organized project files and digital assets with clear version control while tracking social media trends and platform updates.
Requirements
- 3+ years of professional video editing and creative experience, ideally focused on social media and digital content.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating short-form video editing, motion graphics, and graphic design.
- Proficiency with Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, DaVinci Resolve, or similar video editing tools.
- Graphic design skills with Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma, or similar tools.
- Strong visual storytelling, pacing, hooks, composition, attention to detail, and understanding of TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook formats.
- Strong communication and collaboration skills in a remote-first environment.
Nice to have
- Experience with motion graphics, animation, or advanced visual effects.
- Experience with influencer campaigns, UGC, or branded collaborations.
- Familiarity with AI-powered video, design, and content creation tools.
- Understanding of social media algorithms, trends, engagement strategies, and performance-driven creative.
