CPU Power Architect

Location: Haifa, Israel; hybrid work model with time split between the hirify.global site and off-site work

What you will do

• Define next-generation CPU power management architecture for active and idle power scenarios.
• Specify interactions between the CPU, operating system, drivers, and platform components.
• Develop and deliver architectural specifications for power delivery and power efficiency schemes.
• Initiate, guide, and coordinate the design of new ideas and products.
• Drive implementation and activation of power management features during post-silicon development.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 6+ years of related work experience.
• Experience writing and defining software using C, C++, Python, or C#, or experience with chip design and development.
• Deep understanding of system architecture and modern CPU design for PC or mobile devices.
• Strong debugging, analytical, problem-solving, and cross-group collaboration skills.
