Test Development Engineer Intern (AI)

Location: Hong Kong SAR or Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; on-site five days per week

What you will do

• Develop, optimize, and maintain test platforms for test case management, test data generation, and automated execution.
• Explore practical applications of large language models in testing, including AI-assisted test case generation, automation scripting, and defect analysis.
• Drive the adoption of test platforms and AI testing tools in real business scenarios.
• Collect user feedback and improve testing platforms and tools iteratively.
• Write platform documentation and summarize AI testing practices while consolidating team efficiency tooling and technical assets.

Requirements

• Preferred academic background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• Solid foundation in Python or Java, with familiarity with basic web development frameworks or automation testing tools.
• Strong interest in test efficiency, intelligent testing, LLMs, and prompt engineering.
• Clear logical thinking, self-driven learning ability, hands-on skills, and communication skills.
• Minimum three-month internship commitment and availability to work on-site five days per week.
• Fluent Mandarin is required.
