Director of Product Management (AI)

What you will do

• Own the strategy and roadmap for the SGP core platform.
• Prioritize investments across developer experience, customer capabilities, and reusable products derived from field-developed solutions.
• Define product requirements, user journeys, prototypes, and success metrics based on customer outcomes, adoption, delivery time, and production performance.
• Align platform engineering, forward-deployed product teams, and business leaders on capabilities, rollout priorities, and delivery dependencies.
• Build, hire, coach, and lead a strong product management team while remaining involved in critical product decisions.

Requirements

• Track record of owning platform, infrastructure, or developer products from problem definition through launch and sustained production use.
• Experience managing and developing product managers across multiple related product areas.
• Strong product judgment, prioritization, decision-making, and written communication skills.
• Technical depth across APIs, runtime behavior, identity and authorization, deployment, observability, and data isolation.
• Experience driving adoption across teams with different needs and constraints.
• Ability to communicate product requirements and tradeoffs to engineers, customers, and executives.

Nice to have

• Experience with AI platforms, agent runtimes, workflow orchestration, evaluation, datasets, human review, or production AI observability.
• Experience building products for regulated, on-premises, air-gapped, or classified environments.
• Experience turning customer-specific capabilities into reusable platform products.
