Senior Games Brand Manager (Toys and Games)

Location: Remote within the United Kingdom

International manufacturer and distributor of toys and games operating in 15 countries and reaching more than 100 countries worldwide.

What you will do

• Support global brand development, sell-in, consumer marketing, and portfolio strategy for toy and games brands.
• Work with R&D on product strategy, brand positioning, pricing, consumer needs, play patterns, and packaging communication.
• Conduct category and competitive research at key retailers.
• Maintain line plans, price lists, sell sheets, brand presentations, and other portfolio information.
• Develop and execute consumer marketing plans with agency partners, including advertising, email, retail merchandising, and in-game assets.
• Prepare e-commerce launch assets and provide weekly point-of-sale summaries on sell-through performance.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in games brand management across product development and consumer marketing.
• Experience leading integrated go-to-market campaigns from strategy through execution.
• Strong organizational and project management skills, including management of complex timelines, dependencies, and deliverables.
• Confidence presenting to external partners, including retail buyers.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational ability.
• Ability to read, analyze, and use POS and NPD data.
