TL;DR
Producer (AI) (Digital, Print, and Motion Production): Leading regional delivery of high-volume, localized campaigns across multiple languages, channels, and markets with an accent on production planning, resource forecasting, budget management, and AI-assisted workflows. Focus on managing Integrated Project Managers, resolving real-time production risks, coordinating client and studio stakeholders, and improving delivery efficiency through automation.
Location: Cape Town, South Africa; hybrid with 3 days per week in the studio

What you will do
- Lead regional production delivery for high-volume localized digital, print, and motion campaigns across multiple languages, channels, and markets.
- Build campaign timelines, pipeline forecasts, capacity plans, and delivery tracking against SLAs.
- Brief and line-manage Integrated Project Managers, lead daily studio stand-ups, and support team development.
- Act as the main contact for clients, media agencies, studio leads, and production stakeholders while managing risks and escalations.
- Manage production budgets, cost estimates, purchase orders, invoicing, reconciliation, freelancers, and production partners.
- Advance automation and AI-assisted production processes to improve workflow efficiency and output quality.
Requirements
- Broad production experience across digital, print, and motion for owned and bought media.
- Experience delivering high-volume, multi-market campaigns across multiple languages and channels.
- Experience managing and developing onsite and offshore production teams.
- Strong project management, risk assessment, forecasting, resource planning, and burn-rate tracking skills.
- Experience managing production budgets, supplier negotiations, purchase orders, invoicing, and reconciliation.
- Advanced proficiency with Gen AI tools, including designing AI-assisted processes and evaluating AI outputs with appropriate human oversight.

- Experience with FMCG brands, particularly in Beauty or Fashion.
