Resource Development Coordinator (Health and Safety Research)

What you will do

• Coordinate the development of research resources, including content, editing, design, and revisions.
• Track multiple resources, timelines, deliverables, dissemination activities, and project progress.
• Collaborate with researchers and Center staff on project deliverables and communication plans.
• Prepare deliverables for submission while ensuring accessibility, design, and quality standards.
• Disseminate research through email, websites, social media, webinars, newsletters, and other channels.
• Identify new ways to reach target audiences and monitor dissemination results to improve outreach.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with demonstrated skills relevant to the work, or an equivalent amount of experience.
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in outreach, communication, resource development, or a related field.
• Demonstrated organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills.
• Strong computer, interpersonal, teamwork, and attention-to-detail skills.
• This position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.

Nice to have

• Experience developing evidence-based health and safety resources, toolkits, or guidance documents.
• Experience with graphic design or collaboration with graphic design professionals.
• Experience working with multiple project leads.
• Knowledge of social media, webinar, and newsletter applications such as Constant Contact.
• Understanding of Section 508 compliance and experience creating compliant documents.
