Manager, Quality (Manufacturing)

Location: Hartford, Wisconsin, United States. Primarily based in a production and warehouse environment, with occasional travel required.

What you will do

• Establish quality strategies, systems, controls, and performance metrics for assigned manufacturing sites.
• Implement and maintain quality frameworks, company-wide programs, training, assessments, and monitoring processes.
• Manage quality incidents, root cause analyses, total cost of quality calculations, corrective actions, and stakeholder communication.
• Lead internal and external audit processes and support the resolution of audit deficiencies.
• Provide guidance on staffing, training, employee relations, and performance management within the Quality function.
• Identify operational improvement opportunities and maintain current industry and technical knowledge.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience required.
• Knowledge of manufacturing processes, plant operations, quality standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Experience managing changes to production environments and processes.
• Ability to identify problems and apply a disciplined approach to resolution.
• Ability to work primarily in a production or warehouse setting, with frequent walking and standing.
