Apartment Community Manager - The Debra Metrowest (Property Management)

What you will do

• Lead, coach, and develop leasing and maintenance team members.
• Deliver resident experiences that improve satisfaction, retention, and community reputation.
• Manage community performance, including budgets, revenue growth, occupancy, and operational results.
• Drive leasing, renewals, sales processes, and customer service standards.
• Ensure compliance with legal requirements, company policies, and operating standards.
• Partner with regional leadership to improve community performance and long-term asset value.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of experience in sales, customer service, and asset management, ideally in property management or a comparable industry.
• At least 2 years of leadership experience in property management.
• Two to four years of experience leading teams in competitive sales and customer service environments.
• Proven ability to mentor and coach diverse team members.
• Understanding of financials, budgets, sales processes, and performance metrics.
• Knowledge of property management systems and tools such as Entrata, OneSite, SmartRent, and Salesforce; reliable transportation and availability for a Tuesday–Saturday schedule, typically 10:00 a.m.–6:30 p.m.
