What you will do

• Develop paid social strategies and analyses for clients in collaboration with media, account, creative, social strategy, and measurement teams.
• Manage client and cross-functional relationships to deliver high-quality work and support business growth.
• Run, QA, and traffic campaigns through social platforms and API partner platforms.
• Monitor new advertising products, technologies, API partners, and platform capabilities.
• Use real-time data, testing, forecasting, budgets, bids, and audience insights to optimize campaigns.
• Manage direct reports and support training for junior team members.

Requirements

• 5–7+ years of experience in media planning, buying, or ad operations.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience using self-service social platforms and ideally API partner interfaces, Facebook/Instagram, Twitter, or LinkedIn.
• 1+ years of team management experience.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, knowledge of media metrics such as CTR, CPC, CPM, and CPA, and strong project management skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Strong communication, collaboration, client presentation, prioritization, and independent working skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with prompt-based interaction and generative AI tools such as ChatGPT, Google Gemini, DALL·E, or Midjourney.
