What you will do

• Lead RFP creation, social partner evaluation, proposal analysis, negotiations, and vendor discovery.
• Manage paid social campaigns from setup and targeting through optimization, pacing, reporting, trafficking, tagging, and pixel QA.
• Develop social media plans, objectives, strategies, media documents, and client presentations.
• Analyze campaign data and client feedback to produce optimization recommendations and actionable business insights.
• Collaborate with Digital, Business Solutions, Analytics, Business Intelligence, creative agencies, and operational teams.
• Train, onboard, and mentor junior planners and participate in junior-level interviews.

Requirements

• 1.5+ years of previous paid social media experience.
• Experience buying ads on Facebook and Instagram.
• Knowledge of advanced analytics, performance media, marketing principles, and analytics concepts.
• Strong Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint skills.
• Strong writing, presentation, problem-solving, organization, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage social media budgets and work effectively in a fast-paced team environment.
