What you will do

• Execute the board-approved internal audit plan with the Internal Audit Director and team.
• Assist with annual risk assessments, entity-level controls testing, segregation of duties reviews, and SOC 1 report evaluations.
• Test and document the design and operating effectiveness of internal controls over financial reporting.
• Prepare audit evidence, document findings, and recommend corrective actions.
• Help establish and test controls for newly acquired entities and support SOX assessment plan refinement.
• Assist with audit reports for senior management and the Audit Committee.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or another business discipline.
• CPA required; MBA or CIA is a plus.
• 0–3 years of accounting experience; business process or IT audit familiarity is a plus.
• Knowledge of US GAAP, PCAOB Auditing Standards, SOX 404, COSO 2013, and internal control assessment.
• Experience identifying process risks, evaluating internal controls, and performing gap analysis.
• Strong judgment, organization, communication, multitasking, and independent work skills.

Nice to have

• Manufacturing or international industry experience.
• Familiarity with business systems and Microsoft Office applications.
