Subcontractor Manager (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Evaluate, onboard, and enable Professional Services subcontracting partners.
• Manage legal, IT, operational, and delivery requirements for subcontracted services.
• Oversee project management standards, delivery methodologies, capacity, performance, and financial metrics.
• Develop new subcontracted services offerings and maintain the partner services catalog.
• Create documentation including user guides, runbooks, and process workflows.
• Support partner selection and staffing for subcontracted engagements while optimizing operations with AI tools.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in professional services, delivery management, partner management, or a similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience with partner enablement, program management, contract negotiation, and vendor relations.
• Understanding of cybersecurity services and delivery methodologies.
• Strong project management, financial analysis, communication, relationship management, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• Proven experience using AI technologies to improve decision-making, workflows, efficiency, and business outcomes.
