Delivery Coordinator (WordPress/Shopify)

Location: Colombia; fully remote. Working hours: 40 hours per week during standard US Mountain Time working hours, with some flexibility.

Salary: USD 1,800–2,200 per month.

Work with a US-based digital team specializing in WordPress and Shopify website development, e-commerce, applications, integrations, hosting, and ongoing digital services.

What you will do

• Track project timelines, milestones, task completion, and delivery commitments.
• Maintain project boards and workflows using Asana and Kanban methodologies.
• Coordinate assignments, follow-ups, deliverables, and communication across clients, leadership, developers, designers, QA, and external partners.
• Keep project statuses, owners, priorities, and next steps accurate and identify blockers, dependencies, and delivery risks.
• Translate client requests and requirements into clear tasks and help collect content, approvals, access, and other project inputs.
• Handle straightforward WordPress or Shopify updates and support QA, SOP documentation, and process improvements.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in project coordination, operations, customer success, or a similar role.
• Experience supporting digital projects, websites, software, or agency environments.
• Strong experience with Asana, Kanban, Jira, ClickUp, Monday, or similar project management tools.
• Excellent organization, attention to detail, communication, ownership, and follow-through.
• Ability to identify blockers, missing information, dependencies, and project risks while managing multiple priorities.
• Ability to work independently and effectively in a fully remote team; working knowledge of WordPress, Shopify, or basic software development concepts is preferred.
