Trading Systems Engineer (New Grad - 3 YOE, Crypto)

Location: Fully remote in the United States; US hours required

Salary: $130k base, plus token/equity incentives

What you will do

• Design and implement components of a modular Zero-Knowledge settlement layer.
• Optimize execution pipelines to reduce order latency, increase throughput, and improve reliability across the exchange engine.
• Architect and scale real-time market data infrastructure, including central limit order books, streaming tickers, and data warehouses.
• Develop trading features for institutional market makers and retail traders.
• Prototype and build new crypto-native trading and settlement mechanisms.

Requirements

• Recent CS or STEM graduate with exceptional practical experience, or 1–3 years of production engineering experience.
• Strong systems-programming foundation in Rust, C++, or C.
• Solid Linux and operating-systems fundamentals.
• Evidence of solving difficult technical problems, building impressive personal projects, or shipping serious production code.
• Strong curiosity, ownership, communication, and ability to explain complex technical trade-offs.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with crypto or DeFi protocols.
• Experience with low-latency financial systems or high-throughput distributed networks.
