TL;DR
Senior .NET Core (.NET Core/Azure): Designing, building, and maintaining scalable backend solutions and microservices architectures for client projects with an accent on C#, Microsoft Azure, and translating complex business requirements into robust services. Focus on taking technical ownership of .NET Core workstreams, making architectural decisions, and collaborating with client teams in a fully remote role based in Portugal.

Location: Fully remote in Portugal, with possible monthly trips to the office in Lisbon.

What you will do

  • Design, build, and maintain scalable backend solutions using C# and .NET Core.
  • Translate complex business requirements into robust microservices architectures.
  • Take technical ownership of .NET Core workstreams with minimal oversight.
  • Work with Microsoft Azure and cloud-based solutions.
  • Collaborate with client teams on architectural and technical decisions.

Requirements

  • 7 years of experience as a Senior .NET Core professional.
  • Proven expertise in C# and .NET Core.
  • Experience designing microservices architectures and scalable backend systems.
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work autonomously.
  • Fluent English at B2 level; based in Portugal with Portuguese or EU citizenship, or a valid work permit.
