Salary: $175,000–$220,000 per year

What you will do

• Manage, coach, and mentor a high-performing full-stack software engineering team.
• Design and deliver scalable, highly available, and high-performance products across front-end and back-end architectures.
• Shape broad architecture and deliver large services, complex libraries, and major infrastructure components.
• Provide hands-on technical guidance and ensure standards for observability, stability, scalability, security, performance, and cost effectiveness.
• Estimate project effort, evaluate trade-offs, manage initiatives, and collaborate with product partners and stakeholders.
• Promote modern software development practices, DevOps, Agile/Scrum, and DevSecOps across teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• At least 8 years of software development experience building commercial applications.
• Experience leading teams, coaching engineers, and influencing distributed software delivery teams.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum, DevSecOps, full software development life cycle practices, architecture, testing, operations, and source control.
• Experience with AWS, serverless and event-driven architecture, SOA, microservices, microfrontends, CI/CD, and infrastructure as code.
• Expertise with JavaScript, Node.js, Java or Python, and frameworks such as React or Vue.js.
