Compliance Analyst (SAR Filing)

Salary: $54,600 – $109,200 per year

What you will do

• Create and file Suspicious Activity Reports (SARs) with relevant regulatory authorities.
• Ensure all filings are completed accurately and within internal and regulatory SLAs.
• Prioritize and manage assigned caseloads to meet reporting deadlines.
• Utilize external portals and internal systems to process filings.
• Stay updated on developments in crypto crime, compliance, and BSA/AML standards.
• Participate in ad hoc compliance projects as requested.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States
• Minimum two years of experience in financial services, preferably in crypto or compliance.
• Proven ability to manage high-volume workloads and meet strict deadlines.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to adapt to new processes in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Nice to have

• CAMS certification or blockchain investigations accreditation.
• Proficiency in foreign languages.
• Ability to undertake occasional weekend or shift work.
