Forward Deployed Engineer, Gen AI

What you will do

• Deliver critical data solutions for leading AI companies and government agencies.
• Work directly with technical customers to understand challenges and translate them into engineering solutions.
• Design, build, and deploy features across frontend interfaces, backend systems, and infrastructure.
• Run rapid, high-quality experiments and iterate on solutions to meet customer needs.
• Contribute to engineering culture, product direction, and critical project leadership.

Requirements

• At least 4 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Track record of shipping high-quality products and features at scale.
• Strong coding, problem-solving, independent working, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to turn business and product ideas into engineering solutions.
• Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to adapt quickly to developments in generative AI.

Nice to have

• Experience with large-scale data processing and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with machine learning and AI concepts.
• Experience working directly with enterprise customers.
• Experience with cloud-based infrastructure.
