Communications Specialist (Federal Change Management)

Company

Provides support services to the FBI Finance and Facilities Division Huntsville Strategy Team for the Strategic Realignment Initiative.

What you will do

• Support communication plans and strategies aligned with organizational and transition objectives.
• Develop executive-ready PowerPoint briefings, presentations, talking points, and stakeholder engagement materials.
• Draft, edit, and distribute announcements, newsletters, reports, and other communication products.
• Support stakeholder meetings, workshops, town halls, outreach activities, and special events.
• Provide communications support to leadership and project teams and maintain presentation libraries, templates, and SharePoint content.

Requirements

• Active Top Secret clearance required.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution and at least two years of business analyst experience; five or more years of experience may substitute for education.
• At least two years of experience comprehending, analyzing, and interpreting complex documents.
• Strong writing, editing, proofreading, presentation, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Word, and other Microsoft 365 tools.

Nice to have

• At least two years of experience in communications or public relations.
• Familiarity with federal government communication processes.
• Experience supporting change management, stakeholder engagement, meetings, workshops, events, or outreach activities.
