Communication Specialist - IPSD (Industrial Power Systems)

Location: Schertz, Texas, United States; onsite five days a week. Domestic travel of up to 15% is required. Domestic relocation assistance is available for qualifying candidates.

Salary: $89,210–$133,810 per year.

What you will do

• Develop, coordinate, edit, and plan internal communications across multiple platforms for the Industrial Power Systems Division.
• Advise global internal stakeholders on communication approaches, plans, and strategies.
• Own communication channels including newsletters, websites, and employee meetings.
• Create articles, videos, interviews, Q&As, infographics, presentations, and other employee communications content.
• Track and analyze communication metrics and support approvals, tools, and reporting.
• Support communications for the IPSD HR Director and global HR team while managing multiple projects and deadlines.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience with internal communications techniques, media, and employee-focused content.
• Ability to build trusted relationships and collaborate with diverse individuals and groups.
• Strong planning, organization, listening, and communication skills.
• Knowledge of multimedia publishing technologies and audio, visual, and animation software.
• Ability to work onsite in Schertz, Texas five days per week and travel domestically up to 15%.
