Provider Performance Manager (Healthcare)

Location: Remote anywhere in the United States; Central and Eastern time zones preferred. Occasional travel a few times per year may be required.

Salary: $56,200–$101,000 per year

What you will do

• Collaborate with healthcare providers to improve operational and clinical performance under value-based contracts.
• Define performance metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and develop action plans.
• Train and support provider staff in understanding metrics and implementing improvements.
• Promote collaboration and sharing of best practices across provider groups.
• Resolve system, process, and resource issues raised by providers.
• Support population health initiatives, provider meetings, Joint Operating Committees, and clinical and quality discussions.

Requirements

• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Public Health, or a related field.
• 3+ years of experience in value-based contracting, managed care, or process and performance improvement.
• Experience building collaborative relationships with internal and external healthcare stakeholders.
• Ability to develop departmental processes, procedures, metrics, and clinical improvement plans.
