Inside Sales Representative I (Pest Control)

What you will do

• Manage daily inbound sales calls and convert customer inquiries into pest management service sales.
• Sell and upsell residential pest control services and products, including Year Round Protection Plans.
• Meet or exceed monthly baseline sales targets, conversion goals, and key performance indicators.
• Apply the six-step inside sales approach and follow up on proposed and sold orders within 24 hours.
• Execute residential, outbound, and SMS campaigns based on inbound call volume.
• Maintain call volume standards of 12–15 calls per hour and an average monthly call quality score above 75%.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• At least one year of successful experience in a professional sales organization.
• At least one year of call center experience.
• Demonstrated ability to drive sales results and achieve goals.
• Superior verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Ability to perform effectively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.
