hirify.global provides custom-engineered industrial refrigeration and process cooling solutions using natural refrigerants such as ammonia and CO₂. The company manages engineering, manufacturing, construction, commissioning, service, and aftermarket support in-house.

What you will do

• Coordinate outbound trucking and inbound freight for finished products, equipment, materials, and project shipments.
• Obtain freight rates, schedule carriers and delivery appointments, and coordinate oversized or special shipments.
• Track shipments, resolve delays and delivery issues, and maintain transportation records and documentation.
• Purchase shop, facility, maintenance, and repair supplies, including obtaining vendor pricing and placing purchase orders.
• Coordinate order status, backorders, substitutions, returns, credits, discrepancies, and invoice issues with vendors.
• Act as a communication link between manufacturing, engineering, project management, purchasing, suppliers, carriers, and transportation providers.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent required; an associate degree in business, supply chain, logistics, or a related field is preferred.
• 2+ years of experience in logistics, shipping, purchasing, procurement, manufacturing support, or a related field preferred.
• Experience coordinating freight, trucking, shipping, receiving, or supplier deliveries preferred.
• Strong organizational, communication, problem-solving, prioritization, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to work independently and coordinate multiple shipments, vendors, and priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office, particularly Outlook and Excel, and ability to learn ERP and purchasing systems.
