Quality Engineer (Manufacturing)

Location: MEX - Santa Clara - ST01, Mexico; onsite

What you will do

• Conduct routine inspections and tests on products and materials.
• Document inspection results and report deviations from quality standards.
• Support internal and external quality audits by preparing documentation and assisting auditors.
• Help develop and implement quality control procedures and policies.
• Collaborate with production, engineering, and other departments to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Maintain quality records and participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in a quality assurance role, preferably in manufacturing or production.
• Strong attention to detail, analytical skills, and problem-solving ability.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
• Familiarity with quality inspection tools and software.
• Understanding of industry quality standards and regulations.

Nice to have

• Additional certification in quality assurance or a related field.
