Quality Auditor (Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Inspect incoming raw materials, identify them for traceability, and report specification deviations.
• Release first pieces and finished products while verifying attributes, dimensions, quantities, packaging, and required documentation.
• Conduct process, product, shipment, layout, and comprehensive audits.
• Control nonconforming products, including segregation, disposition, rework inspection, and reporting of customer specification failures.
• Follow corrective and preventive actions, verify Poka Yoke effectiveness, and track customer complaints and quality alerts.
• Maintain inspection records, audit documentation, reports, quality indicators, and integrated management system records.

Requirements

• Technical career or high school education.
• At least 3 years of experience in quality.
• Experience with measurement instruments, inspections, traceability, and quality documentation.
• Initiative, teamwork, communication, interpersonal, delegation, leadership, and objective-management skills.
• English is preferred.
• Ability to work onsite in Lerma, Mexico.
