Jr. Full Stack Developer (AI/LLM)

What you will do

• Design, develop, test, and maintain full-stack applications and services with Java and Python.
• Build front-end interfaces with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, together with back-end APIs and RESTful integrations.
• Integrate and fine-tune AI/LLM features and build RPA workflows for business process automation.
• Design and maintain relational databases while ensuring data integrity and performance.
• Support CI/CD pipelines, DevOps automation, deployments, configuration, and troubleshooting across Linux and Windows Server environments.
• Participate in code reviews, Agile/Scrum ceremonies, documentation, and production issue resolution.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent professional experience.
• Working knowledge of Java and Python, plus basic front-end development with HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and a modern framework.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, SQL and relational database design, UI/UX principles, testing, and Git workflows.
• Exposure to AI/LLM concepts, RPA tools, CI/CD, containerization, Linux/Ubuntu, and Windows Server.
• Excellent English-Korean bilingual communication skills are required.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, collaboration, and willingness to learn new technologies.

Nice to have

• Experience with React, Angular, or Vue.
• Exposure to RPA platforms such as Brity Works, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, or Power Automate.
