AI Engineer (Artificial Intelligence)

What you will do

• Design, refine, and optimize AI prompts using advanced natural language processing techniques.
• Architect and implement prompt-engineering and agentic AI strategies for complex workflow automation.
• Apply machine-learning methods, including training-data curation and hyperparameter tuning, to improve model performance.
• Analyze model effectiveness using data exploration, metrics, and visualization, and communicate findings to stakeholders.
• Collaborate with data scientists, product managers, and UX partners to translate business needs into AI solutions.
• Maintain documentation, standards, and best practices for prompt engineering, model configuration, and system integration.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Linguistics, or a related technical field.
• At least 2 years of professional experience in data science, machine learning, or a related AI discipline.
• Practical experience with machine learning, Python, and natural language processing.
• Experience applying technical expertise in production, real-world, or applied research environments.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with product and design teams.
