Base salary: $92,880–$139,320 per year, plus bonus plans.

What you will do

• Translate content and safety policies into prompts and guidelines that language models can reliably follow.
• Improve model fluency, tone, and quality through human-in-the-loop evaluations and LLM-judge audits.
• Develop prompting approaches and create alignment data for model training and fine-tuning.
• Identify biases and limitations in model outputs and collaborate on strategies to address them.
• Build and maintain quality, style, and tone guidelines while incorporating user feedback.
• Partner with Product, Research, and Design to evaluate quality metrics and build scalable reporting systems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or 5+ years of equivalent experience as an editor, content strategist, technical writer, or content developer.
• Experience with human-in-the-loop AI evaluation, prompt engineering, or AI model quality assessment.
• Exceptional written and oral communication skills with strong editorial judgment.
• Strong project management skills and the ability to manage tight deadlines or escalated activity.
• Curiosity about language models, commitment to user experience, and comfort partnering across organizational levels.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States; employment authorization is verified through E-Verify.

Nice to have

• Experience leading cross-functional teams on products or projects with tight deadlines.
• Experience in content creation, copy editing, or online publishing.
