AI Training Specialist (Software Engineering)

What you will do

• Create and answer computer science questions for AI model training.
• Review, analyze, and rank AI-generated code for accuracy and efficiency.
• Provide clear, constructive feedback to improve AI-generated responses.
• Teach AI models to interpret and solve complex programming problems.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science from a selective institution.
• Proficiency in Python, Java, JavaScript, or C++.
• Fluent or proficient Spanish and English required.
• Strong Spanish and English grammar, punctuation, and technical writing skills required.

Nice to have

• At least one year of experience as a Software Engineer, Backend Developer, or Fullstack Developer.
