Cert Ops Compliance Tester (PlayStation)

Location: On-site at the hirify.global office on Old Hall Street, Liverpool, United Kingdom. The role follows a 4-days-on, 4-days-off shift pattern from 8:00 to 19:00 and must start on October 26.

What you will do

• Test submissions across supported hirify.global platforms, including PSVR, against the Technical Requirements Checklist.
• Identify, investigate, and record new and existing bugs across version codes.
• Review applications for legal, copyright, and age-rating issues.
• Produce accurate manual functionality reports based on submitted game code.
• Learn and apply updated CertOps procedures, TRC requirements, and testing systems such as SHIP and Unity.
• Report process issues to Team Leaders, suggest solutions, provide progress updates, and support staff training when needed.

Requirements

• Level 2 English with excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail, diligence, and the ability to maintain focus for extended periods.
• Methodical and analytical approach with effective problem-identification and investigation skills.
• Ability to collaborate inclusively, adapt to changing teams and procedures, and work under pressure.
• Computer literacy and experience with software such as Microsoft Office Suite.
• Reliability, punctuality, creativity, and commitment to high-quality standards.
