Senior Associate, Accounting

Salary: EUR 1,770–3,020 per month

What you will do

• Review customer contracts and contract modifications.
• Assess accounting implications under US GAAP, IFRS, and company accounting policies.
• Evaluate revenue recognition, including performance obligations and transaction structures.
• Identify non-standard terms that may affect accounting treatment.
• Prepare accounting position papers, fact sheets, and technical accounting conclusions.
• Support contract reviews involving corporate headquarters, auditors, investigations, controls, compliance reviews, and special accounting projects.

Requirements

• Strong technical accounting knowledge, including ASC 606 and IFRS 15.
• Analytical and critical-thinking skills with the ability to apply professional judgment to complex business situations.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Project and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Ability to explain complex accounting issues to non-accounting audiences.
