RVP, Solution Engineering (Financial Services)

What you will do

• Lead a multi-layered Solution Engineering organization serving global financial institutions.
• Partner with Sales leadership to achieve regional quota and consumption targets.
• Guide customers through AI, GenAI, Cortex AI, and agentic workflow transformation in regulated environments.
• Coordinate cross-functional resources and align solutions with governance, security, latency, and scale requirements.
• Advise revenue and executive leaders on sales strategy, product gaps, and financial-services market trends.
• Recruit industry talent, develop directors and managers, and coach leaders on executive presentations and consultative selling.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in sales or pre-sales.
• Strong understanding of cloud data platforms, data warehousing, data sharing, and AI for financial-services workloads.
• Experience leading AI and GenAI transformation, including governance, security, and risk management in regulated industries.
• Excellent communication, presentation, consultative selling, and complex enterprise sales skills.
• Experience with Snowflake or comparable cloud data platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or a related field, or equivalent experience.

• Experience scaling governed AI and agentic workflows in production.
• Technical go-to-market leadership for large financial institutions.
• Understanding of data collaboration and marketplace ecosystems in Financial Services.
