AI & Full Stack Engineer (LegalTech)

What you will do

• Build production software across the full stack and use AI to improve legal workflows.
• Develop AI systems that understand documents and determine appropriate legal processes.
• Turn jurisdiction-specific legal knowledge into intelligent product experiences.
• Build agents and automation that reduce manual work in complex legal processes.
• Develop platform capabilities across documents, identity, signing, scheduling, payments, and integrations.
• Create APIs, enterprise integrations, and internal AI tooling, owning projects from idea through production.

Requirements

• Strong full-stack engineering experience across frontend, backend, APIs, and data.
• Hands-on experience building production applications with modern AI and LLM technologies.
• Sound judgment about when to use AI, deterministic systems, or human review.
• Experience building reliable APIs, integrations, and production systems.
• Strong product instincts, attention to user experience, and high standards for security, privacy, and reliability.
• Ability to operate with significant autonomy and learn difficult domains quickly.

Nice to have

• Experience with legal tech, identity, electronic signatures, document processing, or regulated products.
