Associate - Data Warehouse

Location: Pune, India; hybrid workplace with 3–4 hours of overlap with US working hours

What you will do

• Translate business requirements into technical specifications and lead the design and development of data warehouse and reporting solutions.
• Evaluate and optimize ETL processes, database performance, data integration, and data management practices.
• Define project scope and development approaches, conduct issue analysis, and develop hypotheses and recommendations.
• Lead client communication, meetings, agendas, timelines, risk management, and project delivery for data warehouse implementations.
• Present complex findings through clear frameworks and presentations to clients and internal teams.
• Support team development through recruiting, training, mentoring, coaching, and internal process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Engineering or master’s degree in Computer Science or a related field from a Tier-I or Tier-II institution, with strong academic performance.
• 1–3 years of relevant consulting-industry experience.
• Strong knowledge of data management, data modeling, data analytics, and U.S. pharmaceutical datasets.
• Experience with Tableau, Power BI, SQL, Python, R, Microsoft Office, and data analysis tools.
• Strong project management, people management, problem-solving, communication, organization, and time-management skills.
• Willingness to support US clients during US working hours with 3–4 hours of overlap.

Nice to have

• Awareness of current technologies in cloud platform services, visualization, and data management.
