Product Development Manager (Insecticide)

Location: Guangzhou / Guangxi (Nanning), China

What you will do

• Lead insecticide product development projects in China, including budgets, protocols, trial arrangements, data uploads, analysis, and project summaries.
• Coordinate herbicide, fungicide, and biological product trials in southern and western China.
• Build relationships with cooperators to complete field trials and obtain reliable, high-quality data.
• Collect trial data and images, prepare progress summaries, and maintain records in the Field Trial Management System.
• Collaborate with China R&D, AP and global product development managers, and support workload distribution.
• Support product training and technology transfer for related projects.

Requirements

• Master's degree, preferably in agriculture, plant protection, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of professional experience in product development, preferably with insecticides.
• Knowledge of pesticides, fruit and vegetable pest management, and insecticide field-trial methods.
• Ability to independently conduct and evaluate insecticide, fungicide, and herbicide field trials.
• Ability to learn and use English data-analysis software and data-management systems.
• Good written, reading, and spoken English, including the ability to prepare English presentations.
