Product Support Executive, Cyber Security

What you will do

• Liaise and negotiate with vendors on product-related issues.
• Build and maintain relationships with vendors and channel partners.
• Plan and execute go-to-market initiatives.
• Deploy marketing strategies and manage vendor-funded projects and programs.
• Forecast and analyze market and product trends while identifying new business opportunities.
• Present initiative value propositions to resellers and end users, and conduct product seminars and training.

Requirements

• Degree or equivalent qualification; an IT-related discipline is preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in product management, preferably in the IT sector.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
• Creativity and analytical skills in product management.
• Ability to work under pressure and independently.

Nice to have

• B2B channel sales experience.
