Sr PD Program Manager (Medical Devices)

Location: Onsite in Minneapolis, Minnesota, United States. Travel up to 20% may be required. Candidates must have unrestricted U.S. work authorization at hire and throughout employment; sponsorship is offered only for Principal-level roles and above.

Salary: $178,400–$267,600 per year, plus eligibility for the hirify.global Incentive Plan.

What you will do

• Lead cross-functional product development programs from concept through commercialization.
• Build and maintain integrated plans, schedules, budgets, and resource strategies.
• Coordinate Research and Development, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Clinical, Operations, Marketing, and Supply Chain stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate risks, issues, and dependencies while driving escalation and resolution.
• Provide leadership through design, verification, validation, manufacturing characterization, and production ramp.
• Monitor performance metrics and communicate status, risks, and recommendations to leadership.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree with 7+ years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 5+ years of relevant experience.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams through multiple product development and commercialization phases.
• Experience managing complex programs involving schedules, budgets, resource planning, and risk management.
• Ability to influence stakeholders and drive execution across multiple functions.
• Ability to travel up to 20% and work onsite in Minneapolis.
• Unrestricted U.S. work authorization is required; visa sponsorship is not available for this role.

Nice to have

• Medical device, biotechnology, healthcare technology, or regulated product development experience.
• New Product Development experience from concept through commercial launch.
• Knowledge of design controls, quality systems, and regulated product development processes.
• PMP or equivalent program management certification.
• Experience with Neuromodulation, Neuroscience, implantable technologies, or complex medical device portfolios.
