What you will do

• Transform audience behavior and campaign performance data into persuasive narratives to drive commercial growth.
• Partner with sales teams to create insight-led presentations and thought leadership materials for advertisers.
• Represent hirify.global Media externally with industry bodies like BARB and research suppliers.
• Connect diverse data sources to reveal actionable insights for stakeholders.
• Lead innovative research initiatives and bespoke audience studies.
• Communicate complex findings to senior leadership to influence strategy and investment.

Requirements

• Right to work in the UK is mandatory (no sponsorship provided).
• Proven ability to translate complex audience and campaign data into compelling stories.
• Advanced expertise in media research tools such as BARB, TechEdge, IPA TouchPoints, Nielsen Ad Intel, and TGI.
• Extensive experience delivering insight-led presentations to senior stakeholders.
• Demonstrable track record of managing large-scale research projects from design to communication.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to manage multiple projects effectively.

Nice to have

• Experience representing an organization within industry bodies or measurement committees.
• Background in managing proprietary research panels or specialist market research programs.
• Knowledge of out-of-home, sports, streaming, or cross-platform audience measurement.
