Trust Real Estate Advisor III (Oil & Gas)

What you will do

• Manage complex oil, gas, mineral, and other trust-owned real estate assets in accordance with fiduciary obligations, governing documents, policies, and regulations.
• Administer oil and gas leases, division orders, property leases, and other asset development opportunities.
• Conduct title reviews, ownership verification, contract interpretation, probate-related analysis, and resolution of title or revenue issues.
• Monitor royalty and working-interest revenues, joint-interest billings, reserves, valuations, taxes, operator activity, inspections, insurance, and property expenses.
• Assess risks and recommend whether assets should be accepted, retained, improved, sold, or otherwise managed; present recommendations to fiduciary investment committees.
• Coordinate with fiduciary counsel, trust officers, relationship managers, attorneys, accountants, engineers, land professionals, operators, contractors, and other service providers.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or a comparable combination of education, certification, and experience.
• 5+ years of relevant industry experience.
• Experience with oil and gas, mineral management, land administration, fiduciary asset management, and trust services.
• Knowledge of oil and gas leases, title matters, mineral and working interests, fiduciary principles, real estate law and policy compliance, and financial analysis.
• Strong analytical, organizational, communication, decision-making, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and industry platforms such as Enverus/DrillingInfo, MineralSoft, or similar systems.

Nice to have

• RPL, CPL, RL, JD, or a comparable professional designation.
