What you will do

• Provide guidance and assistance across equity and options trading to achieve best possible execution.
• Resolve trade and settlement issues with market centers, exchanges, back-office teams, money managers, registered investment advisors, and institutional traders.
• Review and approve large trades, monitor execution quality, and review the daily trading blotter.
• Handle escalated calls and issues while supporting financial advisors, assistants, and end clients.
• Train junior equity traders and support other traders on the desk.
• Identify and implement process efficiencies across the trading desk.

Requirements

• FINRA Series 7 and 63 or 65 licenses.
• FINRA Series 55 or 57 license, or the ability to obtain it within 90 days of starting.
• Deep knowledge of equity and options markets.
• Thorough knowledge of marketplace rules and regulations.
• High accuracy and strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work from the Tempe location.

Nice to have

• Four or more years of trading desk experience.
• Experience supporting financial professionals.
• Series 4 and 24 licenses.
• Experience with Review & Release, BETA, OMS or EMS, Bloomberg, RFQ platforms, and algorithmic trading.
• Bachelor’s degree and strong customer service skills.
