Location: Gloucester, MA, United States; onsite role with 10% travel

Salary: $108,000–$148,500 per year

What you will do

• Debug complex software products through systematic testing and maintain quality standards.
• Test code and software enhancements with limited supervision.
• Analyze and write test standards and procedures.
• Document test results and analyze findings to identify corrective actions.
• Collaborate with development engineers to resolve software problems.
• Ensure software integration with scientific computation, data acquisition, and processing functions; technically lead or execute test projects.

Requirements

• Conceptual and practical expertise in software quality assurance, with basic knowledge of related disciplines.
• Knowledge of QA best practices and how software quality integrates with other functions.
• Ability to solve complex problems and evaluate multiple sources of information.
• Ability to explain difficult or sensitive information and build consensus.
• Ability to travel approximately 10% of the time.
