Account Executive (Waste & Recycling)

What you will do

• Identify leads, prospect for new customers, and acquire profitable commercial, industrial, and recycling business.
• Present and sell waste, recycling, electronic recycling, universal recycling, and total waste stream management solutions.
• Use Salesforce daily to document activities, manage follow-ups, and maintain detailed prospect profiles.
• Conduct phone prospecting, cold calls, customer meetings, and sales presentations with key decision-makers.
• Monitor market behavior and competitive trends to anticipate customer needs and support revenue growth.
• Maintain customer service agreements, sales reports, and other required documentation.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of direct selling experience in a customer-facing role involving customer needs analysis.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work within the assigned N Charleston market and attend customer, trade show, chamber of commerce, and community events as required.
• Ability to use Salesforce and maintain accurate sales activity records.
