Loan Sales Specialist (Finance)

Location: Lafayette, LA, United States; onsite. Monday–Friday during standard business hours, with occasional extended hours and possible Saturday work.

What you will do

• Listen to customers' needs and present tailored loan and financing solutions.
• Manage customer relationships throughout the loan application and repayment life cycle.
• Handle collections activities while complying with applicable laws and regulations.
• Communicate with customers and internal departments by phone, email, chat, and company systems.
• Explain optional insurance products, loan terms, and available customer options.
• Meet individual and branch goals in a competitive, customer-focused environment.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED.
• Ability to multitask, adapt to changing demands, and provide timely customer service.
• Strong goal orientation and motivation to achieve results.
• Ability to work onsite in Lafayette, Louisiana.

Nice to have

• Sales, collections, or customer service experience.
• Bilingual Spanish skills.
