Part-Time Field Services Representative (Medical Devices)

Location: Anchorage, Alaska and surrounding areas; on-site facility visits required, with travel up to 80% within and outside the state.

Salary: $21.75–$31.50 per hour.

What you will do

• Prepare, label, organize, pack, and ship designated medical devices.
• Identify reprocessable items and recommend cost-saving opportunities.
• Provide on-site support, resolve workflow issues, and assist with process improvements.
• Educate and train facility staff on program benefits, procedures, and best practices.
• Use digital tools and reporting platforms to support training and share performance insights.
• Conduct facility visits, support onboarding, and gather feedback to improve program effectiveness.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least one year of experience in a hospital or operating room setting.
• Current valid driver's license, vehicle insurance, and a clean driving record.
• Ability to travel in a personal vehicle and obtain credentialing or hospital certification for assigned facilities.
• Experience communicating technical information to non-technical audiences and delivering customer service.
• Ability to lift at least 30 lbs and work extended, odd, or on-call hours as needed.
