Clinical Account Executive (Healthcare)

Location: Hybrid, with 3 days per week in-office and 2 days working from home; candidates may be based at any US Cigna Healthcare office. Travel: 15–40%, depending on the client.

What you will do

• Develop, prepare, and present healthcare strategies aligned with client business goals.
• Lead adoption of clinical solutions through client presentations, business reviews, modeling, and reporting.
• Lead custom formulary management recommendations and coordinate with finance and formulary teams on rebate performance.
• Lead Strategic Planning and Review Consultation meetings and support client retention, loyalty, and solution sales.
• Interpret drug trends, digital health innovations, and new healthcare delivery models to support benefit design and process improvement.
• Act as the primary clinical resource and trusted healthcare consultant for assigned clients.

Requirements

• Current US pharmacist license required.
• At least 3 years of licensure experience preferred.
• At least 2 years of client-facing experience preferred.
• Proficiency with Microsoft applications and the ability to learn internal reporting and analytics tools.
• Excellent presentation, communication, prioritization, issue-resolution, and project management skills.
• Ability to work from a US Cigna Healthcare office in the hybrid schedule and travel 15–40% as required.
