Equity Research VP (Multisector) (AI)

Location: Boadilla del Monte, Madrid, Spain; hybrid work with some days remote and some days onsite

What you will do

• Analyze European companies across multiple sectors.
• Build financial models for companies under coverage.
• Develop investment ideas for institutional investors.
• Write well-reasoned, differentiated equity research.
• Build long-term relationships with investors and covered companies.
• Work under pressure while maintaining strong time to market.

Requirements

• 3–7 years of relevant experience as an equity analyst or in a similar role.
• Graduate degree in economics, business administration, or engineering.
• Absolutely fluent English, written and spoken; English is the working language.
• Proficient communication skills in English and Spanish.
• Strong skills with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Good knowledge of Bloomberg, FactSet, other market applications, and major AI platforms.
