Packaging Operator III (Manufacturing)

Location: Clackamas, Oregon, USA; on-site production role

Salary: $48,594–$69,420 per year

What you will do

• Operate advanced automated packaging equipment across multiple workstations according to detailed work instructions.
• Troubleshoot mechanical and process issues to improve packaging efficiency and reduce downtime.
• Maintain cGMP compliance through accurate documentation, inspections, and annual re-qualification.
• Provide peer-level technical guidance, mentor less-experienced operators, and train new staff.
• Clean and break down equipment, maintain safe working areas, and follow PPE requirements.
• Collaborate with engineering, maintenance, supervisors, and production leadership on process improvement and issue resolution.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and communicate in English.
• Basic shop math, algebra, and computer skills.
• Legal right to work in the United States.
• Successful completion of a drug screen and background check.
• Ability to follow safety procedures, maintain accurate documentation, and work independently and within a close-knit team.

Nice to have

• Experience with FDA and cGMP compliance.
