Print Production Assistant (3rd Shift)

Location: De Pere, Wisconsin, United States; onsite at the De Pere facility

Salary: $33,280–$42,432 per year; disclosed base rate of $16.00–$20.40 per hour, plus a potential $3 per hour third-shift premium.

What you will do

• Inspect finished printed products for smudges, misalignment, color inconsistencies, and other defects.
• Pack, band, and sort finished products into batches, mail packets, and pallets according to specifications and postal regulations.
• Count trays and bundles and verify pallet counts and weights against shipping documents.
• Record production progress, equipment issues, and resolutions in logbooks or digital systems.
• Maintain a clean, safe workstation and support changing production needs.

Requirements

• No previous experience is required; training is provided.
• Basic addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division skills.
• Ability to read a standard ruler and visually identify product defects.
• Ability to coordinate hand and foot movements when operating a staple machine.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift and move materials regularly during a standard shift.
• Comfort working around large-scale printing and binding machinery.

Nice to have

• Experience in a print shop, direct mail facility, or warehouse fulfillment environment.
