Production Associate - Soldermask - 2nd Shift (PCB Manufacturing)

Location: Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin, United States; on-site, 2nd shift from 10:00 p.m. to 6:30 a.m., Sunday through Thursday

What you will do

• Read and verify job orders, work instructions, and customer specifications.
• Set up and operate production machinery according to process and job requirements.
• Evaluate products for quality and confirm that departmental procedures are completed accurately.
• Record defects and quality data in the quality management system, escalating production, quality, or engineering issues.
• Follow PPE, chemical-handling, hazardous-waste, and other safety procedures; report accidents, near misses, and safety concerns.
• Cross-train on additional operations and equipment within the department.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Quality-focused mindset, strong attention to detail, and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
• Basic computer skills, including electronic record updates and data entry.
• Ability to stand throughout the shift and independently push, pull, or lift 25–50 pounds.
• English communication skills sufficient to perform the job; regular attendance and willingness to work overtime, including weekends, are required.
• Must comply with US export-control requirements; access to ITAR products and related technical data is restricted to US citizens and US permanent residents.

Nice to have

• One to two years of manufacturing experience.
• Willingness to learn and operate machinery in other departments.
